Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to you to give my sincerest thanks to you for sending such a fabulous intern, Yuko Kuramatsu, to our school during February and March this year.
Yuko was a very happy, friendly and very sweet person, who had a very positive effect on our school with regards to the study of the Japanese language and culture.
Yuko went out of her way to provide the very best, interesting and motivating activities that both myself, staff and students found very enjoyable. Students are still asking when Yuko is coming back to Richmond State School and telling stories of the wonderful times they shared with her and the good memories that were formed.
I have no doubt that a better-suited person could have been found for Richmond State School. Yuko was very open to any experience and as a result from that, had a fabulous time learning new things and experiencing things that she would never have seen or done before, while passing a little piece of Japan onto all the people that she met.
Having Yuko stay at my house was also a great experience, and I have no hesitation in recommending her to any person, in any field. Both myself, and the staff and students of Richmond State School would be more than happy to have her visit again, and after the success of our International Internship Program experience, are open to having more Japanese interns visit over the coming years.
May I again say that I was extremely impressed with Yuko’s contribution and help with the study of Japanese at Richmond State School and also mention that, thanks to Yuko’s contributions, more and more of my students have found a new motivation to study Japanese.
Thank you again for this wonderful experience and I look forward to welcoming more interns from your program in the coming years.
Regards,
Andrea Kowalski
